RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely love our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a generous return policy.
Simply email our Customer Care Team at hello@CLNandDRTY.com with your name, order number, which products you would like to return, and the issues you had with those products. Our Customer Care Team will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can return your products.
Any products returned within 45 days will receive a refund. Products returned after 45 days will receive a store credit for the amount paid.
Please send returns to: CLN&DRTY, PO Box 367, Kingston, MA, 02364. Returns must have a copy of the order with the order number in order to be processed.
