The Glow Water - facial toner for dry to normal skin types

Directions: Shake well. After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner. Apply to face and neck. Follow with a moisturizer. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Any products returned within 45 days will receive a refund. Products returned after 45 days will receive a store credit for the amount paid.
